The unit is equipped with off-circuit tap changer (+5% to –10% in steps of 2.5%) for voltage regulation and is housed in an IP23 indoor enclosure, suitable for controlled indoor environments. The design incorporates HV cable box and LV busduct flange arrangement, as per approved drawings.

The transformer is provided with standard accessories such as WTI with PT-100 sensors, earthing terminals, base channels, control box, and rating plate, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

The transformer is rated 11 kV / 433 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, featuring Dyn11 vector group and copper wound (Cu/Cu) construction. It is built with Class H insulation (115°C temperature rise) and AN cooling, ensuring high thermal performance and long service life under continuous duty conditions.

The unit is equipped with an On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) with ±5% voltage variation in ±2.5% steps, enabling voltage regulation without interrupting supply, making it suitable for applications with fluctuating load conditions.

The transformer is housed in an IP31 indoor enclosure and is designed for climatic class C2 / E2 / F1, ensuring suitability for demanding environments. It is provided with PT-100 temperature sensors (for HV & LV windings), temperature monitoring system, bi-directional rollers, lifting lugs, and standard accessories for safe and efficient operation.

The transformer is air natural (AN) cooled, with cast resin insulated windings, and is available in standard voltage classes such as 11 kV / 0.433 kV or 33 kV / 0.433 kV, in various capacities (kVA ratings), as per project requirements. It is typically configured with vector group Dyn11, off-circuit tap links on the HV side (±5% to –10% in steps), and suitable insulation class (generally Class F or H), depending on specification.
